Chiropractor

My mission is to identify and address the root causes of physical pain, providing long-term solutions—so that ongoing treatment becomes a choice, not a necessity.

About

At Injury and Spinecare Chiropractic, we bring a distinctive approach to treatment that focuses on addressing the root causes of chronic pain. Many of our patients have experienced lasting relief from pain related to old injuries or prolonged stress. The treatment method involves a combination of muscle release treatments and chiropractic adjustments.

Experience a unique approach without any twisting, popping, or cracking. â€‹â€‹â€‹

For those who prefer a gentler approach, chiropractic manipulations without the traditional twisting and cracking of the spine is offered. The use of an instrument-assisted adjustment provides effective alternatives.

If you've tried other treatments without success and are seeking a fresh approach, we specialize in helping complex cases. Trust us to explore new possibilities for your well-being.

Med-Legal ExaminationsNotably, Dr. Subia serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator, providing impartial opinions in injured workers' cases. His certification ensures a precise assessment of a worker's physical limitations.

My educational path began as a psychology major, but that changed after I experienced a lower back muscle injury. Going through that injury led me to explore treatment options beyond traditional approaches, which is how I discovered chiropractic care.

After graduating from chiropractic college in 2010 and becoming licensed, I began practicing in Glendale, CA. Over the years, I continued my education with a focus on industrial injuries, sports injuries, and spine trauma.

In 2023, I opened my own practice to focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing soft tissue and spine-related injuries. As of 2025, my office is located in La Crescenta, CA.

My goal is to help people understand what is causing their pain, guide them on how they can help themselves, and make sure they are directed to the appropriate care when needed—even if that means referring them elsewhere.

Why I Practice This Way

I focus on careful spine evaluation because not all pain is the same, even when it feels similar. Over the years, I’ve seen how important it is to understand what’s actually causing a patient’s symptoms before jumping into treatment. My approach is to take the time to assess how the spine, soft tissues, and nervous system are functioning, and then decide what level of care makes the most sense.
